Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday). If there are any delays you will be notified and offered the option for a full refund.

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive the tracking information.
Shipping Terms
You acknowledge that CPAP Specialists is not liable for any incorrect person accepting delivery of your order at the delivery address nominated in any Contract and that any person accepting delivery of your order at the delivery address is authorised by you to receive the order.
All estimated delivery dates are estimates only and you acknowledge and agree that CPAP Specialists are not be liable to you for any delays or failure to meet such estimated delivery dates for any reason.
Title to the ordered products passes upon a full payment of all amounts owed in respect of the products purchased by you. Risk in the ordered products passes to you on delivery.
