CPAP Specialists Promotional Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer: The promotional giveaway is organized by CPAP Specialists
2. Eligibility Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must be residents of Australia and be at least 18 years old. Employees of CPAP Specialists and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period: The entry period for the giveaway opens on the 8th of April 2024 at 12:00 am AEST and closes on the 8^th of May 2024 at 11:59 pm AEST.
4. Prizes:

• Prize 1: Apple iPad 9^th Generation, Retail Value: $537
• Prize 2: $100 Voucher for the store, Retail Value: $100
• Prize 3: $50 voucher for the store, Retail Value: $50

5. Closing and Drawing Dates: The giveaway closes on the 8th of May 2024 at 11:59 pm AEST. The drawing of the winners will take place within seven days of the closing date.
6. Prize Drawing Order: The prizes will be drawn in descending order of retail value, starting with Prize 1.
7. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publication of Results: The names of the winners may be published on the CPAP Specialists website and social media channels. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the publication of their names in this manner.
9. Jackpot or Redraw: If a winning participant is not present, the prize will not jackpot. Instead, a redraw will take place, and a new winner will be selected.
10. Elimination Rounds: This giveaway does not involve any rounds in which players are eliminated. All eligible entries will be included in the prize drawing.
